I'm doing fine, how are you? I did want to tell you and of course your lovely mother (she made a great partner) that the cake looked amazing on the wedding day. So classy and elegant with the colours and style chosen... and the initial mongrams were put on perfectly! It definitely made the head table stand out! Unfortunately if you can believe it, I don't remember what it tasted like :0} The look of it was fabulous, very professional, sharp looking in the set-up and reasonably priced for a wedding cake. I do wish you luck on the wedding show and do thank your mom as well!

After searching high and low for a princess castle cake for my daughters Birthday party, I found X-quisitte cakes. Stacy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She designed my cake exactly as I had described to her in my ‘crazy mommy’ mind. The final product was a masterpiece – it was above and beyond my expectations. When the cake was delivered my little girl was in awe of her princess castle and so were all the parents and kids who attended the party. The cake was almost too beautiful to cut – needless to say it was delicious as well. I would highly recommend X-quisitte cakes for any occasion!

I want to give you the biggest and warmest THANK YOU from the entire familia! Being Italian we have a lot of weight on our shoulders to have everything numero #1. So for my son Gianluca Meli's Baptism we did just that.
We chose you and your fine work to make the cake, the centerpieces and the desserts.
The cake was decorated in the colour scheme of the night, black and white, and was so stunning. It was delicious. The centerpieces were my ulitmate favorite. Not only did she perfectly decorate them and have them look beautiful, she also went to the reception and decorated the hall for me placing them on each table making sure the cake and desserts were placed accordingly until we arrived from the church. The cookies, cupcakes and set-up was more thank I could ask for. It was truly a blessing to have Stacy work for my family ---
But her work doesn't end there. I have her still being a busy bee, as she prepares for my son's 1st Birthday Cake, Halloween Theme, and come this Spring she will be guiding me with my older son's Rosario's Communion.
Stacy, thank you so much for being such a great person, and wonderful guidance on many of the most stressful times of planning. You truly made it all stress free and a smooth process...

I first met Stacy in 2004 through a friend. She did my make-up for my wedding, and for me that's not an easy task to do), but she accomplished it with ease and great talent. I was so impressed and really happy. She not only took the role of my make-up artist for that day, but she really made my pre-wedding preparations stress-free. My make-up was not over done and naturally the way I wanted it. I hate taking pictures, but I can say that I was happy with my wedding pictures that day because of her. I'm lucky to have stayed in contact with her over the years and am happy to now call her my friend.
When I found out Stacy went into the cake business, I knew there was no end to her talents. She is very creative and the best thing is she puts her clients first! Stacy made my uncle's 50th birthday cake and I can't thank her enough for the job she did. I totally left it in her capable hands and she again impressed me. Everyone at the party loved the cake and couldn't stop complimenting it. It was a very special birthday as my uncle is diagnosed with a terminal illness so it was very important for me (since it was part of my gift to him and my aunt) that he and everyone else like it. I know a lot of people at the party grabbed her business cards right away (even my own mother!). And even my brother was wondering why we don't get her to do our birthday cakes. The cake not only looked good, but also tasted delicious. I was very happy that it was all shared out and not wasted.
Stacy has my vote on anything she does. I trust the work that she does."
